Our call Recording Ingest Service is undergoing unplanned maintenance, in response to service alarms our NOC got. During this maintenance window new call recordings will be collected but not processed for search and playback. Call recordings processed prior to this window are still fully searchable and can be played back during this maintenance window. If you have additional questions about this and how it may impact you please feel free to reach out to support at 888.920.5685. Once this maintenance is completed call recordings collected during this window will be processed and will become searchable and playable as the system equalizes itself. We estimate the Maintenance process to last 6 to 8 hours.
